Accepted Payment Methods
Nexani processes all payments securely through Stripe. We accept:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Bank debits (select regions)
- PayPal (coming soon)
Updating Your Payment Method
- Go to Settings > Subscription > Manage Billing.
- Click Update payment method.
- Enter your new card details.
- Save changes.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Stripe will retry automatically over the next few days. You will receive an email notification. If the payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused until payment is resolved. Update your payment method in the billing portal to fix this immediately.
Security
Nexani never stores your card details directly. All payment data is handled by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide.
