Canceling Your Subscription
We are sorry to see you go. Here is how to cancel.
Steps to Cancel
- Go to Settings > Subscription.
- Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe customer portal.
- Select Cancel Plan.
- Choose your reason (optional but helpful for us).
- Confirm the cancellation.
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.
- All your companions, chat history, and memories are preserved.
- You can re-subscribe anytime to regain access to premium features.
- Unused tokens remain in your account and do not expire.
