Subscription Management
You can manage every aspect of your subscription from Settings > Subscription.
Viewing Your Current Plan
Your current plan, billing cycle, and next renewal date are displayed at the top of the Subscription section. You will also see your usage stats: messages sent today, companions created, and remaining token allowance.
Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade from Free to Pro or Network:
- Go to Settings > Subscription.
- Select the plan you want.
- Choose monthly or annual billing (save up to 46% with annual).
- Complete payment through our secure Stripe checkout.
- Your new features activate immediately.
Downgrading
You can downgrade anytime. Your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period. After that, you will move to the lower tier. Companions and chat history are preserved, but premium features will become unavailable.
Billing Portal
Click Manage Billing to access the Stripe customer portal where you can update payment methods, download invoices, and view payment history.
