Image Generation Issues
If images are not generating in your chats, here are the most common causes and solutions.
Check Your Token Balance
Image generation costs 5 tokens per image. If your balance is zero, you will need to purchase tokens from the Token Shop or wait for your daily login bonus.
Check Your Plan
Image generation is available on Pro and Network plans. Free plan users do not have access to this feature.
Content Filter
Some image requests may be blocked by our content safety filter. If your request was flagged, try rephrasing it. The filter is designed to prevent generation of harmful content, not to limit creative expression.
Generation Timeout
If an image takes more than 30 seconds, it may have timed out. This can happen during peak usage. Try again in a few minutes.
Browser Compatibility
Image generation works best on modern browsers. Make sure you are using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
