If your chat is not loading or messages are not going through, try these steps in order.
Quick Fixes
- Refresh the page: A simple refresh resolves most temporary issues.
- Check your connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Try loading another website to confirm.
- Clear browser cache: Go to your browser settings and clear cached data for nexani.app.
- Try a different browser: If the issue persists, switch to Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
Common Causes
- Server maintenance: During updates, chat may be briefly unavailable. Check our status page or social media for announcements.
- Rate limiting: Sending too many messages too quickly may trigger a temporary cooldown.
- Browser extensions: Ad blockers or privacy extensions can sometimes interfere with WebSocket connections. Try disabling them temporarily.
