Account Access
Having trouble getting into your account? Here are solutions for common access issues.
Forgot Password
- On the login page, click Forgot Password.
- Enter your email address.
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset link.
- Click the link and create a new password.
- The link expires after 1 hour.
Email Not Recognized
Make sure you are using the same email you registered with. If you signed up with Google or another social provider, use that login method instead of email/password.
Account Suspended
If your account was suspended for a terms of service violation, you will see a notification explaining the reason. You can appeal by contacting support@nexani.app.
Two-Factor Authentication
If you enabled 2FA and lost access to your authenticator app, contact support@nexani.app with proof of identity. Recovery typically takes 24-48 hours.
