Your privacy is fundamental to our design. Here is exactly how we handle your data.
What We Collect
- Account info: Email address, display name, and avatar.
- Conversations: Your chat messages and companion memories, stored encrypted.
- Usage data: Anonymous analytics like feature usage frequency and session length.
- Payment info: Processed and stored by Stripe. We never see your card details.
What We Do NOT Do
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- We do not use your conversations to train AI models.
- We do not share your data with advertisers.
- We do not track you across other websites or apps.
Data Storage
All data is stored on encrypted servers with strict access controls. Conversations are encrypted at rest and in transit.
Your Rights
- Export: Download all your data from Settings > Privacy > Export Data.
- Delete: Request complete account deletion from Settings > Privacy > Delete Account. This removes all data within 30 days.
- Access: Contact support@nexani.app for a full data access request.
