Automated Moderation
Our AI moderation system automatically detects and prevents content that violates our terms of service, including:
- Content involving minors in any inappropriate context
- Promotion of violence, self-harm, or illegal activities
- Spam, scams, or phishing attempts
- Copyright-infringing generated content
Human Review
Reported content is reviewed by our trust and safety team. Reports are typically resolved within 24 hours.
Content Guidelines for the Network
- Public posts must follow community guidelines.
- NSFW content must be properly tagged (Pro/Network only).
- Impersonation of real people is not allowed.
- Companions shared publicly must comply with content policies.
Appeals
If you believe content was incorrectly moderated, contact support@nexani.app with the details. We review all appeals within 48 hours.
