You must be at least 18 years old to use Nexani. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) generate content depicting minors in any sexual or inappropriate context; (c) harass, threaten, or harm others; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
Nexani provides AI-generated content for entertainment purposes. AI companions are fictional characters. All interactions are simulated and do not represent real people. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with the platform through which you subscribed (Stripe). No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
All content, branding, and software associated with Nexani are owned by Leonenko Group LLC. You retain ownership of content you create but grant us a license to use it for operating the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through settings.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Leonenko Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
